We stand by our candidates with confidence. If your new hire doesn't work out within 6 months, we’ll find you a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Solicitation Policy
Unlike other firms, we will never try to poach any of your employees once we place them with you.
If your business is unique—your pricing should be too. Let us know if you're filling multiple roles, need an emergency backfill, security clearances, special experience, etc. We also offer exclusivity discounts.

Frequently asked questions
How are your fees calculated?
Fees are based off a percentage of your new hire's first year pay as stipulated in their signed offer or employment agreement. It includes any on-target variable incentives but excludes the value of any benefits.
Do you offer any post-hire support?
Yes. We will provide a quick reference guide about your new employee so you can get them up to speed as quickly as possible and ensure you retain them the long-haul. If there's an issue, we want to hear about it so we can help.
Who pays the fee?
Our fees are paid for by the employer; candidates never pay us a dime.
Does your guarantee include a refund?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer refunds. However, if your new hire is no longer your employee at any point within 6 months we will refill the same role for free.
How do we get started?
Once we have a signed engagement letter and understand what you need, we will reach out to the most qualified candidates on- and off-market candidates. Once they're interested we vet them, check references, and only send over the ones who pass.
When is payment due?
There are no upfront costs ever. We work on contingency, so we only get paid if you hire one of our candidate and fees are due 30 days after they start.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts for exclusive placements, or when you hire multiple candidates at the same time. We also offer retain models for long-term partnerships.
